The Lagos rally against fuel subsidy removal by Federal Government of Nigeria, last week brought out different angles from those in show business.
The way and manner in which they expressed their opinion was different. While Bimbo Akintola, a cross- over actress was seen at the Ojota wing of the Lagos rally jumping and climbing the stage with other artistes who were also protesting the fuel subsidy removal, Ronke Ojo, who her fans passionately refer to as “Oshodi Oke” was not ready to take such a risk. Whenever there was a cause for her to climb like every other protester, especially her colleagues, Ronke would systematically step aside and lead other youth in chanting solidarity songs.
