From the death of John Okafor’s son, Oge Okoyer’s controversial confession and the humane deeds of Omotola Jolade-Ekeinde, up-date on Mr. Ibu’s son’s death and Oge Okoye’s reasons for not acting nude in the industry. Naomi Adamu summarises the week’s happenings.

I Can’t Act Nude Because Of Our Society – Oge

Nollywood actress Oge Okoye has lamented that but for societal norms and perceptions, she wouldn’t have had any difficulty acting nude in a movie.

Several movie personalities, especially actresses, have received back lashes from the public for sexually inclined roles they have played in movies with some saying those roles are not of our culture.

The actress who boasts of a decade in acting said in an interview that any attempt to play nude will paint a very negative picture of her.

“Honestly I can’t because of our society, where we come from. The way we see it, I will just be seen as the worst person on earth. I wouldn’t do that because our culture doesn’t allow it. Although I can do other sensual roles but not nude, I wouldn’t,” she stressed.

Asked how her husband of seven years feels about her romantic roles in movies, the bubbly actress said her husband encourages her with her roles and has not complained about any of those roles.

According to Oge, her husband “is not complaining. I really don’t know if he feels bad, but I know that being a human being like I am, he might be feeling bad inside but he is not showing it. He encourages me a lot; he is always there for me. It’s not much of a problem; though he doesn’t watch my movies, unless maybe you see him hiding somewhere to watch it.”

Tributes Pour in? For Late Ihezie,
Nigeria’s movie stars have continued to pay tribute to veteran actor, David Ihezie, 70 who died on Thursday night after a protracted illness. The Enugu-based thespian was one of the most respected elders in the motion picture industry, and he would be missed, not just for his acting prowess, but for the fatherly role he played among actors during his life time.

A condolence register will be at the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) secretariat in Surulere, Lagos so that colleagues and fans of the deceased can give him their last respect.

Meanwhile, actors are already paying tribute to the late Ihezie. Most of them described him as a professional, easy going and down to earth person who doesn’t compromise.
Sultry actress, Stella Damasus said, “I met with him on one or two occasions, and honestly, he was a pleasant person to be with. Though he was based in Enugu, he had a big followership in Lagos and other parts of the country.”

National President of AGN, Segun Arinze described Ihezie’s death as an unfortunate one, “but his legacies will live on. His works can never die. We will though miss him greatly.”

The Sad Tale Of Mr. Ibu
No doubt, John Okafor, popularly known as Mr. Ibu, is one of the best comic actors in Nigeria. Aside the fact that he has carved a niche for himself in Nollywood; he is equally a down to earth person. He is a generous person, but events around him lately suggest he may have cultivated some enemies for himself.

Okafor, who lost his three-year-old son, Emmanuel Mandela Okafor last Monday, says the little boy’s death was not natural, claiming that he died of a spiritual attack or food poisoning.

The bereaved actor, who is obviously devastated at the moment, wondered why some people could decide to punish him by killing his most prized possession, Mandela.
Initially when Nollywood called him shortly after the incident to commiserate with him, he denied that the late child was ill, and even declined to give details of to what led to his death. But in a chat, he finally opened up that he suspects foul play.

Nollywood gathered that the late Mandela was hale and hearty before he travelled with his parents to their village in Enugu State during the Christmas/New Year festivities. But shortly after they returned to their Lagos residence in Satellite Town, little Mandela fell ill.

According to Mr. Ibu, Mandela was initially taken to two private hospitals before the last doctor referred them to Lagos University Teaching Hospital, LUTH, where the series of tests and scans conducted on him did not diagnose the little boy’s ailment.

“They demanded for blood and incidentally as a result of the situation, I was already running a temperature and not fit enough to donate blood. I, however, assured them that if they could get blood from anywhere I don’t mind the cost. Fortunately for me, my two personal assistants who were with me had a matching blood type and they donated two pints as against one pint that was needed.

“To transfuse the blood into the boy became a problem because according to the doctors, they did not have light to treat the blood and their generator was not functioning. I lost the boy while waiting for the blood to be treated”, Okafor explained.

The actor buttressed his claim of smelling foul play with the explanation that two years ago, the same boy, Mandela and his mother were kidnapped in Enugu when he took them there to celebrate the Christmas/New Year festivities. They were kidnapped on? January 4, 2010 and released 10 days after.

He further argued that if the illness of Mandela was natural, doctors would have diagnosed it before he eventually died. “I strongly believe he died of poisoning”.

Omotola Shows Love To Widows
Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde has put smiles on the faces of 20 widows in Lagos. The widows were adjudged to have shown strong courage aeven in the face of their limitations.

The gesture was made during an event tagged: The 20 Widows Makeover, held in honour of the actress’ late mother, Mrs. Shola Jalade. It was put together as a means of encouraging widows who have strived to keep their homefront in order, despite the demise of their spouses. One of the beneficiaries was Mrs. Elizabeth Fayemi, widow of the late Kayode Fayemi, a celebrity.

According to the actress, the event was targeted at pampering these women and helping to boost their confidence and self esteem by treating them to a makeover session at some of Lagos beauty parlours and lifestyle shops.

The women were later treated to a shopping spree as they picked different designer, clothes from ‘Every Woman Boutique. Done with the shopping, the women were moved to Anthony Village, Lagos studio of famed fashion photographer, Kelechi Amadi Obi for a photo shoot session and their complete transformation into stunning beauties.

“It was lovely and fulfilling to see the entire transformation of these women. I am really grateful to all who helped to see this happen. This is something I wished I or someone else had done for my mother” Omotola said.

Music is one of a country’s uniquely distinctive features and nowhere in South Africa is the jazz industry’s vivacious cultural and lifestyle influence and ethnic energy more evident than in the Newtown Precinct. The Newtown Precinct in recent years has therefore become a cultural hub in South Africa and a tourist hotspot.

That explains why soon and pretty soon… it is going to be that time of the year when Johannesburg jives, bops and boogies to the smooth sounds of live jazz. Like it is expected again this year, last August, the Joy of Jazz Festival took the centre stage from its headquarters in the Newtown Precinct.

Last year, it was four days of sexy creativity, excitement, self expression and warmth which drew thousands of jazz lovers both from Johannesburg and from further afield. Not a few people flocked to the Joy of Jazz Festival from all over South Africa and other neighbouring countries such as Lesotho, Swaziland, Botswana, Mozambique and even from African countries further away like Nigeria, Kenya and Angola. They all came to Jo’burg to celebrate Jazz.

And for music buffs, especially jazz connoisseurs who made the pilgrimage once, it’s almost certain they will return this year, with Joy of Jazz already spinning into a somewhat annual ritual.

Beat this, since the debut of the first edition about eight years ago, Jazz lovers from all over the world, as a matter of routine, now come to worship at the feet of jazz legends… or legends in the making and one such legend was Tu Nokwe who featured brilliantly last year. Tu Nokwe has the DNA of one of South Africa’s greatest musical families. She released her debut album, Inyakanyaka in 1996. Her distinctive style combines New Age African, spiritual, and Afro-jazz funk. Tu is a well-travelled performer and has delighted audiences around the world with her fabulous live shows one of which LEADERSHIP SUNDAY watched live in Jo’burg last year.

While she is well-travelled, Tu still has two favourite places in the city of gold; the Newtown Precinct and the Greenside coffee society in this charming village in the north of Johannesburg.

Major attractions include the Museum Africa and the Market Theater. However, Jazz lovers can stop by Horror Cafe (music and street poetry), Songwriter’s Club, Carfax and the Bassline. “My favourite spot is Sophiatown in Newtown, especially on Saturday nights to mingle with different kinds of people, watch and listen to local quality music by young bands,” says Tu.

Greenside is one of Jo’burg’s favourite weekend destinations, with streets lined with some of the city’s best eateries.? The area is renowned for its lifestyle and décor shopping and is one of the best places to spend an early-spring Johannesburg afternoon. The streets are best explored on foot and over a few hours; exploring every store and stopping for pavement-side refreshments and snacks along the way.

LEADERSHIP SUNDAY asked Tu what inspires her music about Jo’burg, she responded, “The way jazz is loosely interpreted allows freedom of musical expression, simplicity, confidence and creative license to experiment with the blend of different genres.”

LEADERSHIP SUNDAY gathered that many of South Africa’s great Jazz musicians have performed and found fame in Newtown. The Joy of Jazz 2011 for instance brought South Africa’s great musicians back to Newtown and they performed in seven venues last year -? Conga Stage which is the brand new main stage featuring upbeat jazz and world music, Dinaledi stage, Mbira Stage, Bassline, Sophiatown, Shikisha and Nikki’s Oasis.

Another Jazz legend who was the cynosure of all eyes was Simphiwe Dana, an award?winning singer whose albums have triumphed on both the local and international music charts. Her music has continued to captivate and capture the hearts of her admirers and fans. Her third album, released in 2010; Kulture Noir ? has been receiving praise from all over the world.

Simphiwe’s favourite spot in Johannesburg is Emmarentia and in particular, the Botanic Gardens. The beautiful vast green surroundings are popular with picnickers, cyclists and runners. On weekends, the sloped grass embankments are filled with those taking part in picnics or braais. Emmarentia Dam (adjacent to the Botanic Gardens) is another great spot to enjoy canoeing, sailing and wind surfing.

Simphiwe told LEADERSHIP SUNDAY at the event that she was deeply inspired by the people of Johannesburg. “This is a very cosmopolitan city. Parts of Johannesburg are deeply, and deliciously, African. And parts of it are very European. The mix of cultures, styles, languages, forms of expression is a pressure cooker for creativity. I love this city.”

Like it had been since the beginning, the South African Tourism once again supported the Jo’burg Joy of Jazz last year, with a determined bid to promote the country as a lifestyle destination to its overseas and in particular African markets.

“We at South African Tourism are excited to support the 2011 Standard Bank Joy of Jazz and it will serve as a platform for South Africa to showcase Johannesburg as a music capital and South Africans as warm and welcoming people. Music is such an integral part of our culture and who we are and we are pleased to share our diversity, creativity and heritage with the rest of the world,” Sugen Pillay, Global Manager: Events at South African Tourism told LEADERSHIP SUNDAY.

Pillay further explained that the Joy of Jazz also presented an opportunity for South Africa to showcase its Arts and Culture and Africa’s greatest and most cosmopolitan city.
The Standard Bank Joy of Jazz Jo’burg Festival took place from August 24 to 27 and it paraded musicians like the legendary American jazz great, Wynton Marsails as well as Dee Dee Bridgewater and McCoy Tyner. There were also South African greats, Hugh Masekela and Sibongile Khumalo and other African music acts like Nigeria’s Olufemi, Angola’s Bonga and Zimbabwe’s Oliver Mtukudzi.

And as the days keep rolling by for 2012 Edition of Joy of Jazz Festival, the question already being asked by the teeming millions of Jazz buffs the world over, especially from the African continent is, what do we expect from S.A Tourism this year?

There seems to be no end in sight in the ongoing rivalry between two Nollywood actresses, Rita Dominic and Ini Edo-Ehigwene.? Entertainment Rendezvous gathered that a peace meeting was arranged by the friends of the two beautiful actresses but it was shunned by both parties.

It was even gathered that one of them rejected a script from a producer when she learnt that her perceived enemy was also part of the crew. There are different factions to the cause of the dispute between this once-upon-a-time good friends.? An Entertainment Rendezvous source who is supporting the Calabar, Cross-River? State-born actress, has it that, Rita is just being jealous of Ini, simply because, while Ini is now married, Rita? has not found any man that will take her to the altar.

Another source from the camp of Rita also told Entertainment Rendezvous that Ini is always feeling inferior whenever she appears on set with Rita. A phone call to Ini to confirm or deny the story was picked by a lady who claimed to be her PA, she said Rita was busy, and was not ready to speak on any issue now. While Ini on her part did not respond when we called.

?She was virtually unknown before she came to limelight in Tunde Kelani’s film, Abeni. But it is worthy of note that this Epe, Lagos-born actress has been in the industry for a while now having acted in many movies before she was given a lead role. For this well travelled actress, there is nothing new to prove as far as her talent in acting is concerned.? She spoke about her journey into the industry, her love life and on the film industry in an exclusive interview with AJIBADE ALABI.

What else do we need to know about Shola Asadeko?
I am from the family of Rev and Mrs Asadeko. I also work in a media house, where we produce magazines for Lagos State Government. I’m a graduate of Creative Arts from University of Lagos.

How did you venture into the world of acting?
Like I stated earlier, I studied Creative Arts from University of Lagos and I majored in theatre arts. I have acted in so many movies but the movie that really brought me to limelight was “Abeni”, and that is how people started calling me Abeni. After Abeni I became fully involved in Yoruba movies,? I have acted in Pajawiri, okun ife, Jenifa and so many movies, but all along I was still doing English films. I cannot remember the number of films I have done in both Yoruba and English, but I am more comfortable with Yoruba movies, since I am a Yoruba girl. It is not easy for me to jump into English movies like that, I have to know somebody there before I can be fully integrated into their fold.

Was “Abeni” your first movie?
“Abeni” was not my first movie. I have acted in some films before I starred in Abeni, but the only thing was that “Abeni” brought me? fame.

While growing up did you ever think of becoming an actress? And if yes what was your parent’s response?
Actually, my father wanted me to read law, but I opted to read creative arts. He understood and was happy with me. In fact he comes to watch me on stage during my performance, even my mother and my siblings are all supportive.

When you appeared in Abeni did you feel you have finally made it?
When I appeared in Abeni I never believed I had made it. In fact, I tell my friends that I have not made it yet and I have to work harder.

How did Tunde Kelani discover you, bearing in mind that you had not really played a lead role before?
The fact that Tunde Kelani chose me shows I have talent. He is also a man that can make great things out of little things, but the fact that he chose me shows that he saw something in me and that it was my time and I am very grateful for that. And this thing we are talking about is all about talent; if you are not talented no matter who brought you up, you will not live up to expectation. So I thank God that Tunde Kelani brought me up from nowhere and made me something, but like I said earlier on, it also still depends on your talent.

Did you ever go for auditions?
No, I did not go for auditions. It was my performance in a movie called the Narrow Path that he used in giving? me a role in Abeni. There were about two? or three days of auditions but? I was chosen basically on my performance in Narrow Path.

And still talking about the film Abeni, how did you feel acting along side star actress, Bukky Wright?
Well, it felt good, but at the same time I did not see it as a big deal, though it was good acting along side people you have been watching on screen.? If I had not merited the role I would have felt more inferior, but again you have to put in mind that, that was not my first time of acting with a well established actress.

When you joined the industry, how did the big girls you met in the industry welcome you?
Well, they welcomed me very well. Every one of them were warm to me. I really appreciate that.

Now delving into your private life. I was expecting to see an engagement ring. Hasn’t he proposed?
I am not ready for marriage now, and because you did not see any ring does not mean I am not into a relationship. But If I am ready for marriage, you will definitely hear about it.

Can you tell us who the man is?
Don t worry about him. I believe you know the man, because you are one of those few journalists who carried the news when I gave birth last month. So I am not going to tell you who he is.

Okay, tell us what quality you admire most in a man?
My man must be God- fearing and focused; There must be physical attraction before any other thing.
I like men who are good looking, and caring. It does not matter if he is short or tall.

I am very sure you must have encountered sexual harassment in the industry?
No, I have not been sexually harassed

Is it due to the fact that you started with Tunde Kelani?
No, it is not due to the fact that I started with Tunde Kelani. Being sexually harassed is a matter of choice. The industry is such a big place where you can do any thing you like, so the ball is in your court.

If you want to be harassed you will be harassed. There could be sexual harassment in the industry but personally I have never been harassed by anybody. Our industry is big so it depends on how you carry yourself.

But do you agree there is sexual harassment in the industry?
Sexual harassment happens in every profession. You cannot tell me it does not happen in your own profession too. So it is every where. I can’t say there is no sexual harassment or there is sexual harassment it all depends on how one carries oneself.

What about lesbianism?
I have never heard of that in the industry. I have never been approached for such a thing.

What makes you stand out among your peers?
I have a unique figure. My physique is uncommon in the industry; It’s very sexy and appealing. My face is also unique.

Are you a fashion freak?
Not at all. I only wear what makes me comfortable and looks good on me.

Which colour are you most attracted to?
I find black attractive.

If you were not acting what would you have been doing?
I would have been working with the State government.

How do you relax?
I am an indoor person, I don’t go out much, so when I do not have anything to do outside, I stay at home to watch movies.

Tell us the beautiful cities you have visited.
I have been to United Kingdom (U.K), Canada, US, Cameroon, and Ghana.

With the next Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) election now fixed for March 17th 2012 that will see ex-beauty queen and President of the Miss Earth Beauty Pageant, Ibinabo Fiberesima and one time president of Actors Guild of Nigeria, Ejike Asiegbu, battling to know who will lead the association in the next dispensation, one cannot but ask what fate awaits the parallel body that is being led by Emeka Ike.

When the problem of who leads the AGN started years back, one voice that is always heard is no other than, that of Emeka Ike. But now that a date has been fixed for the election, will Emeka Ike also announced his own election date? That question will be answered when he returns from his oversea trip.

Are Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolieheaded down the altar sometime soon?

That's what could be expected, given Pitt's recent comments about the pressure to propose – but according to Jolie, 36, her longtime beau's comments were a bit overblown.

“I think anything said tends to be blown out of proportion,” Jolie told PEOPLE on Sunday's red carpet at the Screen Actors Guild Awards in L.A., when asked about “a lot of ring-talk lately.”

“Yeah, that was my fault,” Pitt, 48, admitted, with a smile.

Speculation that wedding bells may be in the near future for the famous couple stem from Pitt's interview with CBS News in which he said he and Jolie are “getting a lot of pressure from the kids.”

“It means something to them,” he continued. “We will [get married] someday, we will. It's a great idea. 'Get mommy a ring.' 'OK, I will, I will.' “

And then last week, Pitt reiterated those same comments to The Hollywood Reporter.

“It seems to mean more and more to our kids,” he said. “We made this declaration some time ago that we weren't going to [get married] till everyone can. But I don't think we'll be able to hold out … it means something to me, too, to make that kind of commitment.”

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have long maintained that marriage is probably not in the cards for them – at least until gay marriage is legalized.

Now, it seems, the couple may be playing with a new deck.

“We’d actually like to, and it seems to mean more and more to our kids,” Pitt, 48, tells The Hollywood Reporter of the couple’s current thoughts on matrimony. “We made this declaration some time ago that we weren’t going to do it till everyone can. But I don’t think we’ll be able to hold out.”

Does that mean he’s asked Jolie, 36 – his partner of seven years – to marry him?
“I’m not going to go any further,” says the actor, who has been nominated for a Best Actor Oscar for Moneyball. “[But] it means so much to my kids, and they ask a lot. And it means something to me, too, to make that kind of commitment.”

Jolie, too, has addressed the subject of marriage as it relates to the couple’s six children: “They have asked, yeah, because … people get married in the movies,” Jolie told Nightline in an interview aired last month.

But before finding happiness with Jolie and their brood, Pitt says he went through a much darker period.

“I used to deal with depression, but I don’t now, not this decade – maybe last decade,” says Pitt. “But that’s also figuring out who you are. I see it as a great education, as one of the seasons or a semester. ‘This semester I was majoring in depression. “

Despite the very real “problems” behind the separation from his wife of almost seven years, Heidi Klum, Seal still doesn’t rule out chances they’ll get back together.

“It may happen, I can’t speak for her,” Seal, 48, says on Piers Morgan Tonight. “Is it irreparable? You can never say never. The thing I love most about us is that we are a team … that won’t change, whether we get back together or not.”

For now, though, the British musician, who is still wearing his wedding ring, sticks by the couple’s mutual decision to part ways.

“I don’t know at this point, to be honest [if I want to reconcile]. If it were that easy – if there weren’t problems, we’d still be together. That is the reality.”

One thing is certain; he still has feelings for Klum.
“My love for her has not waned one iota,” he says. “I love her with all my heart. How can you not love somebody [who] you’ve spent eight years with?”

Defending “malicious” rumors that he’s “just wearing his wedding ring for show,” Seal explains – while pointing out his brown nail polish-adorned finger – “I’m still wearing my wedding ring because I’m still married to this incredible woman.

“What this means to me and what it stands for [is] respect,” he continues. “It stands for loyalty, it stands for incredible memories, and it stands for these four little miracles – and Heidi, making five – that have come into my life.”

Regardless of the outcome of the presidential primaries, Ice-T already has his mind made up about the forthcoming election.

The rapper and actor, who is making his directorial debut at the Sundance Film Festival with the documentary “Something From Nothing: The Art of Rap,” says he expects President Barack Obama to be re-elected. After that, he predicts Hillary Clinton will be the next president.

The 53-year-old entertainer said: “She did the Secretary of State job, she was a G, she held it down, she didn’t cry,” referring to the former New York Senator with the hip-hop term for gangster (a positive thing).

“Obama will support her,” he said, “and she’ll be the first woman president.”
Ice-T’s documentary premiered at the Sundance festival, which continues today in Park City, Utah.

Omotola Jalade Ekeinde a.k.a Omosexy is a fulfilled actress, musician, mother of four lovely children and wife to a man she fondly calls 'honeyboy'.

2011 saw her taking part in five major movie projects; two at the beginning of the year and three towards the last months .She also clinched a few deals, one of which is becoming an Ambassador for Amnesty International.

In a recent interview, the talented actress opens up on how she copes with success, her winning ways, and other issues.

“The truth of the matter is that I really don’t make much of it. All I do is to live with it day-by-day. I am aware of it. And I am aware of the responsibility that comes with it, but it’s nothing that I can’t handle. I have been quite lucky. I am careful with the responsibility that comes with it.

But personally as Omotola, I am not someone who is too inclined to pleasing people. I live my own life. I believe in my convictions and I believe in what I believe in. In the long run they always vindicate me. I don’t live my life to please anybody, this is me. My favourite saying is that what you see is what you get. I will never say anything behind you that I cannot say in front of you. That is it for me, really.”

Asked how she copes with all the rivalry within the industry, she said: “I find it very funny so much so that I laugh at it. I understand it. It’s never going to go away, people comparing one actress to another. The length to which people take it is what I find hilarious. It is natural.

In life, people have people they get along with. You may just not get along with your contemporaries. It’s the fact of life.

“Personally, I am not very close to so many people not because of work or rivalry, but because I am just removed from the everyday life they live. Number one, I live far away. Number two, I didn’t grow up making friends with everybody around me. You have to understand my upbringing for you to understand my life.”

Omotola added: “I am not that much of a social being. I am boring. I am not a girl’s girl. I am not a party person. I am not the kind of girl you will call and say oh, there is this new dress, there is this shoe. I usually don’t have those kinds of conversations, really I talk properties. So, when someone is talking about this new Channel Bag, I am thinking about this property I saw somewhere that I want to buy.

“Omotola does not have the time to start beefing a colleague about whether she is better than me or I am better than her. I don’t engage in those issues. I don’t have best friends. I just have people I like in the industry and who I can say I know. When I am on set I get along with everybody. I am a very chatty person.

“Competition in the movie industry it’s a good thing. I love competition. But I only like it when it’s healthy. When it becomes unhealthy, then I really start to detest it; I loathe it and I run away from it.

“I like competition because it allows you grow. Imagine if it was only Omotola that was acting; really, it will be boring. There is the need for a new blood here and there, a new person to jab you here and there. If it’s healthy, it’s actually wonderful and it helps everybody to be better .Anybody who does not like competition is evil. Competition when it is healthy creates better service.”

Heidi Klum and Seal are to file for divorce after six years of marriage, according to reports.

The couple will apparently file divorce papers in the LA County Superior Court early next week, TMZ reported.

The website said German supermodel Heidi, 38, will cite 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason for the split.

The reports have shocked fans of the couple who often make public displays of affection at red carpet events, and are a picture of happiness with their four children.

The couple or their management are yet to comment on the reports.

They were last seen together on December 27, with Heidi tweeting a picture of her and her husband smiling against the backdrop of mountains in Aspen, Colorado.

They met in 2004 while Heidi was pregnant with her daughter Leni, now seven, with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore.

London-born crooner Seal, 48, was present for Leni's birth and later adopted her.

He proposed on December 23, 2004, in an igloo he had built on a glacier in Whistler, British Columbia.

The couple married on the beach on May 10, 2005 in Mexico, near Seal's home on Mexico's Costa Careyes.

They have three children; Henry, six, Johan, five, and Lou, two.

The couple is famous for renewing their vows every year on their anniversary in a lavish ceremony.

In 2010, Seal gushed about the tradition. “Each year, Heidi and I get remarried,” he said.

“It's a great party, but for about an hour, we go off on our own down to a private beach. We sit there with the kids and read vows to each other as the sun sets. It's a very special moment to us.”

Splitting up their assets may prove to be a lengthy process.

According to Forbes, Heidi raked in $20 million last year. It's unclear how much Seal made.

Heidi was previously married to stylist Ric Pipino in 1997 but the couple divorced in 2002.

Seal was spotted arriving at LAX yesterday morning, after promoting his new album in London.

His wife attended the Golden Globes alone on Sunday.
