Are Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolieheaded down the altar sometime soon?

That's what could be expected, given Pitt's recent comments about the pressure to propose – but according to Jolie, 36, her longtime beau's comments were a bit overblown.

“I think anything said tends to be blown out of proportion,” Jolie told PEOPLE on Sunday's red carpet at the Screen Actors Guild Awards in L.A., when asked about “a lot of ring-talk lately.”

“Yeah, that was my fault,” Pitt, 48, admitted, with a smile.

Speculation that wedding bells may be in the near future for the famous couple stem from Pitt's interview with CBS News in which he said he and Jolie are “getting a lot of pressure from the kids.”

“It means something to them,” he continued. “We will [get married] someday, we will. It's a great idea. 'Get mommy a ring.' 'OK, I will, I will.' “

And then last week, Pitt reiterated those same comments to The Hollywood Reporter.

“It seems to mean more and more to our kids,” he said. “We made this declaration some time ago that we weren't going to [get married] till everyone can. But I don't think we'll be able to hold out … it means something to me, too, to make that kind of commitment.”

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have long maintained that marriage is probably not in the cards for them – at least until gay marriage is legalized.

Now, it seems, the couple may be playing with a new deck.

“We’d actually like to, and it seems to mean more and more to our kids,” Pitt, 48, tells The Hollywood Reporter of the couple’s current thoughts on matrimony. “We made this declaration some time ago that we weren’t going to do it till everyone can. But I don’t think we’ll be able to hold out.”

Does that mean he’s asked Jolie, 36 – his partner of seven years – to marry him?
“I’m not going to go any further,” says the actor, who has been nominated for a Best Actor Oscar for Moneyball. “[But] it means so much to my kids, and they ask a lot. And it means something to me, too, to make that kind of commitment.”

Jolie, too, has addressed the subject of marriage as it relates to the couple’s six children: “They have asked, yeah, because … people get married in the movies,” Jolie told Nightline in an interview aired last month.

But before finding happiness with Jolie and their brood, Pitt says he went through a much darker period.

“I used to deal with depression, but I don’t now, not this decade – maybe last decade,” says Pitt. “But that’s also figuring out who you are. I see it as a great education, as one of the seasons or a semester. ‘This semester I was majoring in depression. “

British-born actor Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje came late to screen acting and made his movie debut in Congo (1995). He returned to London permanently at the age of 15 and later attended King’s College, University of London, funding his own way through college with modeling work.

He graduated with a Master’s degree in law and in 1992 was featured in several music videos, including “Giving Him Something He Can Feel” by En Vogue and “Love No Limit” by Mary J. Blige. Akinnuoye-Agbaje made his break into American TV in 1994, making brief appearances in episodes of Cracker and New York Undercover.

Akinnuoye-Agbaje speaks several languages, including Italian, Swahili, English, and Yoruba, his native tongue.

In the early 1990s Akinnuoye-Agbaje worked as a model and lived in Milan, Italy. After making the decision to become an actor he moved to Los Angeles in 1994, making his movie debut in 1995 in Congo. There he played a jungle guide, tapping into his African background; his performance helped establish a place for himself in the industry. He reprised the role in films such as Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls (1995), and The Mummy Returns (2001). Despite being born in England, Akinnuoye-Agbaje has become known as an African actor, possibly because he has refused to adopt a Hollywood screen name. The website Nigeria Online, in an article celebrating his success, claims him for Nigeria: “Akinnuoye-Agbaje is the only actor in the Hollywood circuit from Africa’s most populous country yet.”

Although he runs the risk of being typecast as “the African,” Akinnuoye-Agbaje has managed to produce performances that are distinctive enough to allow his career to develop. He has starred in some of the most successful films of the early twenty-first century. The Mummy Returns was a major box-office success, grossing over $68 million on its opening weekend, while The Bourne Identity (2002), in which he played Wombosi, the target of one of the film’s many assassination plots, was one of the best spy thrillers of the year. Since then Akinnuoye-Agbaje has taken on roles in a more diverse range of films, including playing the male lead in the romantic comedy Mistress of Spices in 2005. In 2005 he also appeared alongside rapper 50 Cent in Get Rich or Die Tryin’; , a high-profile film, but one that seems unlikely to match the quality of his previous work despite what has been described as a “magnetic” performance.

By 2005 Akinnuoye-Agbaje’s movie career was well established and with a few exceptions his credits suggest an actor willing to take on new challenges. But despite his big screen success, it is in television that he has excelled. In 1997 he joined the cast of Oz, one of HBO-TV’s most successful and challenging shows of the 1990s. He stayed with the series for three years, playing the drug-addicted rapist and murderer Adebisi with such depth and sensitivity that he became one of its best-known and most sympathetic characters. For this role he received NAACP Award nominations for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series and Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series. In 2005 he starred in the second season of Lost, the first season of which averaged nearly 16 million viewers and was nominated for 12 Emmy awards. Akinnuoye-Agbaje’s character, the mysterious Mr. Eko, takes his “African” style in yet another direction.

Akinnuoye-Agbaje is a commanding presence on screen with strong features and a powerful physical build that enables him to play intimidating characters in a sensitive and intelligent way. Compelling performances in several films, notably in The Mummy Returns and The Bourne Identity, and on TV in Oz, have marked him out as an important and bankable talent.

Eva Longoria turned on the charm with her on-screen husband Ricardo Antonio Chavira Tuesday night at a discussion panel about their show Desperate Housewives.

The stunning actress, who plays Gabrielle Solis, worked up a chemistry with Chavira – her husband Carlos in the ABC drama – as they attended a TCA press tour in Pasadena, California.

Eva, 36, who is dating 26-year-old actor Eduardo Cruz, laid an affectionate hand on her co-star throughout parts of the discussion.

At another interval, she grabbed hold of his bushy locks – apparently implying he was in need of a good haircut.

Eva looked beautiful in a bright orange dress, which showed off her lovely long legs.

Creator Mark Cherry had been planning on doing a ninth season, but decided last year to end on season eight to avoid the network pulling the plug sooner.

While the comedy drama used to viewing figures of around 25m per episode in its heyday, these days it barely gets 10m.

Cherry did say, however, there was a possibility of a Desperate Housewives reunion movie.

He revealed that he discussed the idea with Sex And The City creator Patrick King a few years ago – but conceded King did have an advantage on him in making his movies.

“Sex and the City only did like 69 episodes. The advantage for them was they hadn't really plumbed the depths of those characters,” Cherry explained.

“After eight years, I think we're done. I'm happy about it. It's not a bad thing. I feel very satisfied with where we are. I'm never sending these girls to Dubai. That's all I'm saying.”

Executive producer Bob Daily said that not every loose end will be tied up when the show comes to an end.

“We don't want to tie up every loose end,” he said, adding: “Life goes on on Wisteria Lane.”

Cherry went on to tease that old familiar faces would be brought back, including Hatcher's on-screen daughter Julie (Andrea Bowen).

But asked if Nicollette Sheridan will return as Edie, Cherry replied: “No comment,” hinting a return is not on the cards following their bitter fallout.

Speaking about her relationship with Chavira, Longoria joked of his macho character: “I wouldn't be surprised if (Carlos) is going to be gay,” referring to the ups and downs of their relationship.

Kourtney Kardashian is pregnant with baby number two. The 32-year-old reality star has revealed that she is just nine weeks into her second pregnancy.

Kourtney and partner Scott Disick, 28, already have a son Mason, who turns two on December 14.

In a statement to E! Kardashian said: “Scott and I are so excited to announce that we are expecting our second child and are thrilled to be expanding the love in our family.”

Kourtney first revealed the news to this week's issue of Us Weekly.

In an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians in July, Kourtney was seen clashing with mother Kris Jenner after she mentioned that she and Scott were considering trying for another baby.

While their first child Mason was a happy surprise, the family matriarch is adamant that the couple should be married before thinking about expanding their family.

In the episode, Kourtney is insistent that she will marry if and when she chooses, and admits the reason she is hesitant to walk down the aisle is because she doesn't want her children to go through a parents' divorce they way she did as a child.

Kourtney and Scott have broken up a number of times over Kourtney's disapproval of her partner's hard partying and anger issues.

During their stint in Miami last year, Kourtney ordered Disick to leave her and their son alone after he turned violent and smashed a mirror, telling him “I love Mason more than I love you.”

Scott has since worked out his issues and has said he has no problem marrying his long-time love.

Turning down his offer of marriage during dinner on their four-and-a-half year anniversary in April, Kourtney asked, “Things are so good right now, why would we want to change that?”

Arnold Schwarzenegger has been banged around and bloodied while filming a contemporary Western movie in Albuquerque, Texas.

The New York Post reported that the former California governor got a little banged up on Thursday, on the set of ‘The Last Stand,’ in which he portrays a small town sheriff who takes on a drug kingpin.

Schwarzenegger thanked the medical staff who returned him to action an hour later.

A photo showed what appeared to be a bloody cut running down from the middle of Schwarzenegger’s forehead, but the actor failed to provide details of what happened.

Schwarzenegger has also been posting tweets and pictures about his offset activities, which have included sightseeing and shopping for? warm clothing for cast members.

Jennifer Hudson has avoided speaking publicly about a number of things -? the horrific murders of her mother and brother, and her drastic weight loss, but in a rare moment of candour shes opened up about why she believes her life was spared that fateful day in October 2008.

It was her fiancé, David Otunga, who inadvertently kept Hudson out of Chicago, because he implored her to visit him in Florida where he was working with the World Wrestling Entertainment.

“That’s one of the things that saved my life, because I could have been home with my mom then,” Hudson said in an interview in the December 2011/January 2012 issue of Ebony.

Following a rush of criticism, actor Ashton Kutcher deleted a controversial Tweet on Wednesday night, when he protested the firing of Joe Paterno, and admitted he had not known about the sex-abuse scandal at Pennsylvania State.

“How do you fire Jo Pa? #insult #noclass as a hawkeye fan I find it in poor taste,” Kutcher wrote to his 8 million Twitter followers.

His followers responded with an explosion of insults, many of them extremely vicious, blasting the actor for defending the 84-year-old coach, who is under fire for possibly covering up former defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky’s alleged sex abuse of young boys.

Kutcher, 33, soon realised his mistake,? quickly backpedaled and admitted his ignorance. “Heard Joe was fired, fully recant previous tweet!” he wrote. “Didn’t have full story.”

He later deleted that message, too, and added another: “As an advocate in the fight against child sexual exploitation, I could not be more remorseful for all involved in the Penn St. case.”

He also made this pledge: “As of immediately, I will stop tweeting until I find a way to properly manage this feed. I feel awful about this error. Won’t happen again.”
This is the second Twitter faux pas in recent months for Kutcher. On September 11, he backtracked after calling it “the greatest day of the year,” because it was the start of the football season.

Paterno had earlier announced that he would retire at the end of the football season but was fired before then. Also fired was Pennsylvania State president Graham Spanier.
