A Jos based Non-Governmental Organisation, Anti Youth Exploitation Nation-wide Initiative, AYENI, has concluded plans to commemorate this year’s International Youth Day celebration with a novelty match in honour of Nigeria’s ex-international, J.J.Okocha in Jos the state capital.
?The media officer, Mallam Saddiq A. Sumbelep said it is planned for the ex-Super Eagles midfielder’s 37th birthday anniversary which come up August 14, 2011, two days after the international youth day.
?According to him, the Youth Friendly Organisation in Plateau has set in motion a committee that will be charged with the responsibility of organising the official launching of AYENI’s campaign. Reverend Joseph Bot of the Plateau Peace Movement has since been named as the chairman of AYENI campaign with Barrister Ahmed Garba, as secretary.
