The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Court of Appeal has fixed September 12, for the hearing of the substantive petition by the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) challenging the election of President Goodluck Jonathan as the winner of April 16, 2011 presidential election.
Giving the pre-hearing report yesterday to mark the end of pre-hearing session of the tribunal, Justice Garba Mohammed, who presided over the tribunal sitting, said the tribunal would sit from Monday to Saturday without stopping.
