Ekiti State Governor Kayode Fayemi has condemned the terror attacks on some churches that led to the death of some people and destruction of property on Christmas Day.
Fayemi described the act as worrisome and called for more vigilance on the part of the government and the entire citizens.
In a statement made available to LEADERSHIP yesterady by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Yinka Oyebode,? Fayemi, who is an expert in security matters, offered some suggestions on the way out.
He said? it was time the security agencies came up with a more strategic approach to the fight against the actual masterminds of the terror act, rather than pursuing the foot soldiers, who had tried to give the attacks a religious colouration by attacking churches.
