Boko Haram: Uwazuruike Urges Ndigbo To Remain Calm

The leader of the Movement for the Actualisation of the Sovereign States of Biafra (MASSOB), Chief Ralph Uwazuruike, has urged Ndigbo to remain calm amidst the present challenges in the country.

Uwazuruike, who stated this via text message he sent to newsmen in Owerri yesterday also implored?? Ndigbo to be vigilant at all times,? adding that MASSOB was aware of the challenges facing them which, he noted, was on the increase after the death of Dim Odumegwu Ojukwu.

The MASSOB leader, who stressed that his organisation was watching with keen interest as events unfolds, however, promised that they will inform Ndigbo at the appropriate time what they have resolved.

“I urge Ndigbo wherever they are – to stay calm and be vigilant; we are aware of the present challenges confronting our people now that our leader Odumegwu Ojukwu has passed on. However, we are watching events as they unfold and will inform Ndigbo at the appropriate time,” he said.
