Edo To Opposition: Criticise Constructively

The Edo State government has urged the opposition parties in the state to be guided by the principles of constructive criticisms even as it warns against statements capable of causing frictions among the ethnic nationalities in the state.

Reacting to a statement credited to the state chairman of the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC), Comrade Godwin Erhahon, the Senior Special Assistant/Director Public Affairs, Government House, Prince Greg Ogiogwa? described the CPC chairman as a “tribalistic and ideologically deficient politician who has consistently done any master’s bidding.”

The government urged politicians in the state to put the general interest of the people at heart rather than doing the biddings of some selfish political office seekers.
