The National Orientation Agency (NOA) is set to introduce citizen’s volunteer scheme to orientate them on how they can contribute to transforming their communities.
The Director General of NOA,? Mr Mike Omeri, disclosed this yesterday, in Abuja at the excellence awards ceremony organised by the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) office of NOA.
He said that the scheme was meant to engage all youth, especially those who were out of schools, whether graduates or school leavers, skilled or unskilled.
