The Ogun State Police Command, yesterday, said it was intensifying investigation into the call logs on the mobile phone of the late Egba High Chief and Chairman, Golf Resort Hotel, Apagun Oluwole Olumide, who reportedly committed suicide in Abeokuta last Friday.
Making this known to newsmen in Abeokuta was the image maker of the command, Muyiwa Adejobi, during a chat and added that the death of Olumide might be suicide immediate examination on the deceased's body confirmed it.
Olumide, a socialite and close associate of former Governor, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, died after allegedly plunging into an artificial lake at the golf resort.
He said that the command, in collaboration with telecommunication service providers, would work on the deceased's call logs to ensure scientific findings of his last minutes.
