The rumours of romance between the 24-year-old singer and Kutcher started making the rounds when she was spotted making a midnight visit to the actor's house last week.

At a London press conference for Rihanna's new movie 'Battleship', the female reporter for British television network ITN the female reporter blatantly asked her about the status of her relationship, Contactmusic reported.

“You're so good at connecting with people that I think that we actually feel we know you. Things are clearly going brilliantly in your career. I just wondered if you are as happy in your private life, and will we see a certain Mr. Ashton Kutcher perhaps making a trip over here?” the reported asked.

Clearly annoyed, the 'We Found Love' singer gave her reply.

“Wow, how disappointing was that question?” Rihanna said.

When the mediator asked if she wanted to move on to the next question, Rihanna agreed “'absolutely'”.

“I'm happy and I'm single, if that's what you're really asking,” she added.

Reports surfaced last week claiming Rihanna started seeing Kutcher – who split with wife Demi More last November – eight weeks ago after swapping numbers at a Los Angeles house party.
