The Senate yesterday confirmed three nominees as members of the Revenue Mobilization, Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC) and two nominees into the Federal Judicial Service Commission.
They also endorsed the nomination of Barr. Peter Ezeobi as a member of the Niger Delta Development Commission.
While Rev. Ajibola Fagboyegun (Ondo), Dr. Rafiq Olayiwola Ogunbambi (Lagos) and Alhaji Bello Usman Maitambari (Kebbi) were confirmed as members of RMAFC, Alhaji Ayinla Olomoda and Lt. Col. Daudu Suleiman (rtd) were confirmed as members of the Federal Judicial Service Commission.
The respective committees that screened the nominees declared the nominees qualified for the jobs.
President of the Senate, David Mark urged the newly confirmed members to see their nomination as a call to national service and to contribute to the development of their respective commissions.
