Dakingari Seeks Collaboration On Small Scale Industries

Governor Saidu Dakingari has appealed to individuals,large scale farmers and the well-to-do persons to assist in the establishment of small scale industries in order to compliment government effort in job and wealth creation .

The governor made the appeal while on an unscheduled visit to a large scale poultry farm owned Alhaji Mohammad Zarummai,Sarkin Shikon Kamba, in kamba town of Kebbi State.

Impressed by what he saw , the governor urged the owner to assist in employing teeming youth in the state which he said would greatly reduce redundancy .

In Argungu ,Governor Dakingari directed the Commissioner of Works to immediately? mobilize and breach the broken barricade in Dankoji area where River Rima water causes flooding, sweeping and submerging? FADAMA lands .

Also the governor went round some major road projects both completed and on going for on the spot? assessment,such as Kangiwa –Kamba, Kamba –Fana Dakingari, Aljannare –Dakingari and Goron Dutsi –kawara Mai ruwa road,? as well as the New Ultra Modern Specialist Hospital along Birnin Kebbi -Kalgo road.

In another development, Governor Dakingari has condoled the Emir of Argungu? Alhaji Samaila Mohammadu Mera over the death of his elder brother, Engineer Yakubu Mohammad Mera who died recently.

This was contained in a press release signed by? Chief Press Secretary to the governor Abubakar Dakingari. According to the release ,the late Engineer Mohammed who was a retired staff of NEPA? office Birnin Kebbi ,died at the age of 51 ,leaving a wife and four children.
