The Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Lieutenant General Azubuike Ihejirika has enjoined officers and soldiers of the Nigerian Army? not to relent in their efforts in the fight against terrorism, and said that the fight against? terrorism was gradually being won.
The Army Chief stated this in his keynote address at the opening of the 17th edition of the week long Nigerian Army’s 2012 Combat Support Arms Training Week (COSAT), holding at Kachia, Kaduna State which is being hosted by the Nigerian Army Corps of Artillery (NACA).
Represented by the Chief of Policy and Plans in Army Headquarters, Abuja, Major General Olakunle Akinyemi, he said, the battle against the terrorist groups was gradually being won.
