First Bank of Nigeria, the official bank of Team Nigeria yesterday held its special day in London. The event which drew croud to the Nigerian stand from both Europe and Africa was held at the Wazobia Lounge of the Africa Village located at the East Lawn, Albert Memorial Kessington Gardens.
Head, Diaspora Banking, Carol Anyaegbunam used the function to inform Nigerians in the diaspora that they can open an account with the bank even from London. She explained that the process is not cumbersome as all it takes is valid passport and identification.
She said once an account is opened, the customer can withdraw for instance in Nigeria at the official rate operational at the time.
