The Kano State Police Command has pledged to support the State Government’s war against sale of illegal drugs in the markets.?
This is contained in a statement issued by the Public Relations Officer of the Kano State Ministry of Health, Malam Isma’il Gwammaja, on Saturday.
“The Chairman of the Task Force, Gali Sule, briefed the commissioner on its recent activities and solicited police support to enable it to achieve the desired objective.?
“We had issued notice to all illegal drug sellers in the markets to vacate the areas,’’ the statement stated.?
The statement stated that the commissioner urged the affected people to comply with the notice. (NAN)
