The General Superintendent, Deeper Life Bible Church, Pastor William Folorunsho Kumuyi will today storm Abuja to release miracles on the residents as he visits the capital city.
Kumuyi told LEADERSHIP in a telephone interview that God was out to shower miracles on the people of Abuja at the crusade the church was organising.
“God is bringing something good to the FCT even in this trying time, coupled with leadership development session.
“The Lord is bringing something good to the people of Abuja this time. In the afternoon, I will be having leadership development, where I will get all the Christian workers to understand how to really work with God. Then in the evening, I will be having what I refer to as revival miracle service, so that whatever needs people have, by the grace of God whether it is in the area of healing or deliverance or prosperity or having focus in life or marriage and everything. We will be able to handle those challenges, lift up their faith, and pray to God to do according to their expectations,” he said.
Meanwhile, the cleric also said the church was giving all her best to ensure the success of the youths as the church was to hold its youth success camp on September 4-8, 2012 across its branches in Nigeria and other African countries the church is located.
He said that God has a purpose for bringing every child into the world, therefore had deposited potentials and talents to be successful in life as they grow, which the church is out to help the youths discover and develop their God-given talents and potentials.
“The church is organising the Youth Success Camp from September 4-8, 2012, in order to make every child understand that they are not on this earth by accident, because God sent them here. When God created each of us, He created us for a purpose. He has put some raw talents, gifts, potentials and possibilities in us. Most people do not develop their potentials up to 4 or 5 per cent.
“We want to be able to inspire these young people. We want to tell them that they can be who God has created them to be, in various areas of discipline, general work, how they can succeed, in relationship,? when they get older in life, getting a job, raising a family and things like that. That is why we call it Youth Success Camp. We pray, exhort, teach and give them principles that will make them have focus and how to succeed in life.”
Kumuyi said the essence of the youth success camp is to put the key for success into the hands of the youths and give them principles of success, and also pray for them against whatever is hindering their success at present.??
