Danjuma Abutu, 36, who lives at No 35, Ibafon St., Olodi-Apapa, is being tried on a three-count offence of stealing, conspiracy and breaking into an ATM.

The accused, however, pleaded not guilty.

The prosecutor, Cpl. Ajayi Emmanuel told the court that the accused, who was attached to the bank’s branch at Ajose Adeogun Street, Victoria Island, committed the offences on Sept. 29.
