Members of the National Youth Service Corps? (NYSC), have been charged to remain actively involved in contributing their quota to the business of nation building despite the recent security challenges facing the country.?
The Minister of Interior, Comrade Abba Moro, who described the National Youth Service Corp scheme? as a strong fulcrum of national unity which should be maintained and sustained in the interest of the country, said, it can be used in propagating the core values that would engender national integration and foster peaceful co-existence.
According to? a statement signed by the Special Assistant Liaison to the Minister, Mr. Sunday Orinya, Moro who spoke when he received a delegation from the Capacity Rebirth Forum (CRF) of the? NYSC, led by its national President, Mr Funsho Babayeni, urged Corps members in the country, to strive hard to sustain the peace, democracy, national unity and development,? fought and won by past heroes. He added that Government was committed to provide the necessary logistics.
