Prior to the
publication, the album already had been on everyone’s lips and lots was
expected from the hit album. It can be said to be the most anticipated
rap album at the moment causing serious excitement on the streets and
buzz online.

Nigerian rapper,
Afrobeat artist and record producer, Naetochukwu Chikwe aka Naeto C is
back. The artist, who recently bagged a Masters Degree in Energy
Economics at the University of Dundee, just outdid himself to release
his next masterpiece. Although born in the United States, the rapper of
Nigerian origin always finds his way back to the roots. Unveiling the
cover art for this eagerly-awaited album, Naeto C goes in close
collaboration with model and singer, Nnenna Agba, better known as a
contestant in the ‘America’s Next Top Model’ cycle 6 contest.

‘Super C Season’ is
truly a delight to listen to. The album beards a four singles prior to
its release. The first single ‘Ako Mi Ti Poju’ was published on
September 8, 2009 and soon got on top of the MTV Base Top 10 music
chat. Featuring Nigerian late rapper, Dagrin, the version available on
the album is an extended one. Released on November 20, 2009, the
certified hit song ‘Duro’ which features Storm Records newest artist YQ
is the second uncoupling off Naeto C’s album. Produced by gifted Dr.
Frabz, the song is a vivaciously party track with Naeto C providing
three different verses and YQ raising his voice singing the chorus. In
the third position to be released off the album, comes the ‘Ten over
Ten’ superseded and was published on August 16 last year. Like the
previous song it’s a vibrant party track, only this time Naeto delivers
the verses as well as sings the chorus.

The fourth piece
of resistance off ‘Super C Season’, ‘Share My Blessing’ released on the
first day of 2011 features Nigerian born soul singer Asa on the chorus
of the track. So far the song has been downloaded over 10,000 times
since it was made public.

Eventually ‘Super C
Season’ is Naeto C’s magnum opus on which he is collaborating with a
range of stars of the showbiz. Dokta Frabz takes stage as well as Tee-y
Mix, Sossick, Ikon and Terry G. As several songs already are played on
the radio in TV and online, one can feel certain the Nigerian rapper
from the U.S. will continue to delight his audience with soulful beats
and rhythms.
