President of the Nigeria Institute of Management NIM, Dr. Sally Adukwu Bolujoko has attributed the loss of moral value to bad managers in governance
Adukwu-Bolujoko who made this statement while addressing a news conference to mark the? 50th anniversary of the institute on Friday in Abuja, said NIM would bequeath a well trained and production workforce to the nation.

“We will neither relent nor be tired, until corruption and other social vices which have held the country captive for a very long time, are completely wiped out from our body polity”, she said.
The NIM president disclosed that the institute has been at the forefront of the fight against corruption, and urge Nigerians to cultivate attitudinal change as individuals and as a nation.

She said this attitudinal change was in order to have a desired change for the betterment of the country.
“At 50 years of existence, we need to reposition this institution for the next 50 years, to enable it train young Nigerians after graduation”, Adukwu-Bolujoko said.
She lamented that Nigeria has lost its values as a result of bad management by some of its leaders, saying this has brought about the need for attitudinal change.

“We have to re-invent those values that make us a nation. There should be vision”, the NIM president said.
She said the institute’s 50th anniversary would provide it with another opportunity for its revitalisation, restructuring and re-positioning for better performance and service delivery in the years ahead.

Adukwu-Bolujoko, while outlining the activities to mark the celebration of its Golden Jubilee in Nigeria scheduled for September 25 to 28, listed those to present papers at the occasion.

They included Nobel Laurate, Prof. Wole Soyinka, and Dr Mahamudu Bawumia of Department of Economics, Oxford University in England.
The rest are Mr Kanu Agabi, a former Attorney-General and Minister of Justice, and Gov. Babatunde Fashola of Lagos State.
Adukwu-Bolujoko said the occasion would be declared open on Sept. 25 in Abuja with the unveiling of the institute’s logo by President Goodluck Jonathan.
