The Chairman of Bwari Area Council in the FCT, Mr Peter Yohanna, has solicited the cooperation of traditional rulers in the area in tackling the current security challenges.
Yohanna made the appeal on Monday in Bwari, after a meeting with the traditional rulers.
He said that the series of meetings he had held with the royal fathers were necessitated by the security challenges facing the country.
The council chairman decried the recent bombings in some parts of the country and urged the residents of Bwari to report any suspicious movement to law enforcement agencies for prompt action.
He promised that the council would provide vehicles to police divisions in the area to facilitate their operations, as well as cooperate with other security agencies in the maintenance of peace
