A youth based non-governmental organisation, Young Progressive Nigerians Initiative, YPNI has written to President Goodluck Jonathan on the need to convoke a constitutional conference where Nigerians would have the opportunity of discussing the nation’s future.
In the letter, a copy of which was made available to newsmen in Lagos at the weekend and signed by the group’s President and its Secretary, Mr. Adekunle Osibogun and Shehu Adamu, respectively, YPNI called on relevant authorities to ensure mass participation in the ongoing efforts to tinker with the current constitution.
