The Action Congress of Nigeria has, so far, presented more than 40 witnesses at the on-going Governorship election petition tribunal sitting in Lokoja.
The post election legal fireworks began last week, Monday, with 10 witnesses testifying against the return of Capt Idris Wada (PDP) as winner of the December 3, election.
Under cross examination by Lateef Fagbemi, Pius Akubo and Chris Uche, all Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SAN) and flanked by other lawyers representing PDP,? INEC, Captain Wada and two others, the witnesses alleged electoral fraud in the election.
