The Vice Chancellor of the University of Lagos, Professor Adetokunbo Babatunde Sofoluwe is dead.

Aged 62, Professor Sofoluwe reportedly slumped during a meeting on friday at the Senate Chambers of the institution.

He was rushed to the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, (LUTH) where he was confirmed dead after efforts to revive him failed.
