Minister’s Convoy Kills Nigerian Pilot Newspaper Staff

The Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs Diezani Madueke’s convoy, on Wednesday night killed a staff of the Nigerian Pilot Newspaper, James Momoh, in Abuja.

It was gathered that the minister’s convoy hit the deceased, on a bridge near the Leadership Newspaper head office while he was crossing the ten lane Mabuchi expressway road.

According to sources, Momoh was rushed to the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) hospital, where he was confirmed dead.

LEADERSHIP gathered that his corpse was deposited at the Garki General Hospital mortuary at about 10.00pm, Wednesday night.

The late Momoh, who hailed from Kogi State, was until his death secretary to the Editor of the Nigerian Pilot Newspapers. He was born in 1978 and was unmarried.
