Canadian High Commission Pledges Healthy Environment For Nigerian Students

The Canadian High Commission says it will continue to create a healthy learning environment for Nigerians interested in schooling in Canada.

The commission made this known in a statement issued in Lagos on Thursday.

The statement stated that it had concluded plans to hold its 2012 Education Fair in Lagos State, Abuja and Kaduna State.

According to the statement, the fair is to strengthen and sustain the educational cooperation that has over the years existed between Nigeria and Canada.

It stated that the fair is expected to further expose Nigerians to new educational opportunities as well as provide a platform for the commission’s visa section to make presentation on requirements for study permits.

The statement added that there would also be presentation by the visiting representatives of Canadian institutions.

“Nigerian banks are also expected to make presentation on banking products for International students,” the statement state.
