A housewife, Caroline (other names removed) has been banished for allegedly committing an? adultery with a motorcycle spare parts dealer in Obiaruku, Ukwani Local Government area of Delta State.
The spare parts dealer, simply identified as Uchenna, hails from Ossisa, Ndokwa East Local Government area of the state. He was said to have lured Caroline into a hotel located along new Sapele/Agbor Road, Obinomba where they reportedly committed the adulterous act on Sunday.
A source also confided in LEADERSHIP that? unknown to Uchenna and the woman,? some “area boys” spotted? him around Eziokpor Road Junction where he? picked the woman to the undisclosed hotel.
The source added that the “area boys” recognised the married woman and allegedly contacted her husband after locating the hotel they lodged into. The husband reportedly responded and arrived at the hotel where he was said to have caught them in the unholy act through the help of the waiter whom he told he was on appointment with Uchenna.
An eyewitness also claimed that the husband, who could not bear the painful embarrassment, pounced on them with severe blows just as the development attracted onlookers who were told of the atrocities committed in the hotel room.
Uchenna was said to have been beaten to pulp after which he and the woman were both dragged before the elders of the community.
It was further gathered that Uchenna was allegedly stripped naked just as he was directed to buy cow and other traditional materials to appease the gods of the land.
Confirming the incident, the community head of the area, Elder Godsday Chukwuka, said upon interrogation, Uchenna admitted sleeping with the married woman, adding that she had been his regular mistress.
