The joint security patrol team in Kogi State has discovered another bomb making factory in the central axis of the state.
The state director of the State Security Service,Mr. Mike Fubara, who disclosed this to newsmen in Lokoja,said? the factory was located at the top of a mountain at Esomi,along Okene-Lagos road.
He said they discovered the factory while working on an intelligent report,adding that it took the team about three and half hours to locate the place,through the aid of military helicopter.
He further added that terrorists were becoming sophisticated in their nefarious activities,even as he expressed confidence that they would continue to beat them at their game.
According to him,if the security agencies in the state have not been proactive,some financial institutions would have been attacked.
The director stressed that no stone would be left unturned,until terrorists are completely flushed out of the state.
Items discovered include a small generator,44 grenades of different sizes,a double barrel gun,a gas cylinder among others.
It would be recalled that two bomb making factories were recently discovered in Kabba town in the western axis of the state as well as in Ogaminana in Adavi local government,in the central axis of the state.
