Nigerian In South African Police Net For Drug, Fraud Offences

he Police Authorities of South Africa are presently holding a Nigerian, Mr. Aloyouise Dumbiri who hails from Agbor in Delta State for drug related offences.
The suspect who was arrested at his Maitland home in Cape Town last Friday will also be standing trial, this week, for engaging himself in fraudulent activities and for also being in possession of multiple international passports with his names and different ages.
A police source who hinted our Correspondent on the matter yesterday, said that the police officers that arrested the suspect who was popularly known as ‘Goodluck’ among his friends, originally went to arrest him for assaulting his estranged girl friend, Miss Prisca Bhunu, a Zimbabwean national.
The source added that it was when the police got to his residence that they found 10kg of Indian hemp wrapped with different price tags, four mobile phones, two laptops, fake credit cards and eight telephone sim cards.
Our Correspondent also gathered that the suspect, Mr. Aloyouise Dumbiri whose original age is 31, was involved in Rica Promo fraud and he and his accomplices who are still at large, used to send text messages to the telephone lines of their victims, telling them that they had won a Rica Promo from MTN, South Africa.
