In line with its determination to fight financial crimes and make the country a currupt free society, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), will today arraign the Deputy Speaker of Kaduna State House of Assembly, Hon. Mato Dary Dogara before a Federal High Court, Kaduna.
A statement signed by the Commission’s Ag. Head of information and Publicity Mr Wilson Uwujaren, and made avialable to LEADERSHIP, reads in part; “Hon. Mato Dary Dogara will be docked alongside five others, including Kabiru Tahir Malali and Ahmed Yahaya former Chairman and Treasurer respectively of Lere Local Government, Kaduna State on a six count charge that borders on contract over invoicing and criminal diversion of funds.’’
