DHQ Holds Interactive Session With Civil Populace In March 18 In Jos

The Defence Headquarters (DHQ) said on Monday that it would hold an interactive session with civil populace on how to restore live and peace in Plateau.

The Special Task Force on Security (STF) said this in a statement issued in Jos.

The statement signed by the STF Media Officer, Capt. Salisu Mustapha, said the seminar would run from March 18 to March 20.

It said the forum was designed to sensitise the people on the importance of living peacefully.

According to the statement the theme of the seminar is: “Consolidating Peace on the Plateau: Building Bridges across Ethno-Religious Divide’’.

The statement said that the session would be conducted by the Department of Civil Relations of the DHQ.

It stated that the programme would hold at two centres, the Dadinkowa Youth Centre in Jos South Local Government and Gwol Motel in Barkin Ladi Local Government Area, respectively.
