Gombe Missing Lawmaker: N/Assembly Pledges Help

A? National Assembly member, Gombe South Senatorial District, Senator Joshua Lidani, has said that the National Assembly was making effort to find the missing State Assembly member, Hon, Jalo Ganga, who was kidnapped recently.

Senator Lidani, made this known during the Annual Athletic Competition designed to involve the youths in social and developmental activities that would encourage peace and unity of the people of Tangale/Waja, as well as other people in Kaltungo Local Government Area of Gombe State.

He said that the kidnapping the Jalo Ganga was a very sad incident, the first of its kind in the history of the state.

He gave the assurance that the National Assembly was doing everything possible to assist the security operatives locate and release the lawmaker.

Shortly after the competition, the winner, Harisu Ismail, got a brand new Golf car and the person who came second got a motorcycle. The third winner got a television set donated by Senator Joshua Lidani, and others.
