Kenyan Masai wins Okpekpe road race in Nigeria

Kenyan Moses Masai won the first ever IAAF-certified road race in Nigeria held on Saturday May 4, at Okpekpe, Edo State, which attracted seven hundred top athletes from Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia and Nigeria.

Athletics Nigeria meets with clubs, insist athletes re-register for 2013 season.

The Athletics Federation of Nigeria issued a communique at the end of its meeting with club owners in Abuja on Tuesday April 30th still insisting that clubs and state AAAs must re-register their athletes for the 2013 Athletics season.
